| Who are those people who are having the most fun at ICE? ICE VOLUNTEERS |
![]() |
| Beginning 18 months before each ICE Conference, about 40 volunteers on the ICE Conference Committee begin putting all the pieces in place to make ICE happen. The Conference Committee works like a well oiled machine, each doing his/her job and all depending upon the work of the others. | |
| At conference time, the number of volunteers doubles. People, like you, VOLUNTEERS, show up to finish putting together the giant jig saw puzzle that results in an a la carte conference for 2000 Indiana educators with more than 100 workshops, more than 100 concurrent sessions, more than 100 exhibitors, and about 500 computers networked with Internet access. | |
| What can you do to help? ICE offers many opportunities for volunteers from setting up labs, to stuffing bags, to manning registration or a help desks, to packing up 500 computers to load on trucks for transport to their new homes. | |
| How can you volunteer? If you want to join the fun, see behind the scenes, use your talents, and meet lots of great people, e-mail Pat Waterman, Volunteer Coordinator. | |
