Sponsor the 2009 ICE Conference

in Indianapolis
at the Indiana Convention Center

Exhibit Hall D
January 27-29, 2009

ICE 2009 will be the 29th annual conference sponsored by Indiana Computer Educators. ICE continues to be a volunteer organization with only one paid staff member. We have grown from the original 16 attendees to nearly 2000 at our annual conference. To provide for our continual growth and improvement, it is crucial that we increase the number of our supporters. Listed below are exciting new opportunities for exhibitors to join with us in providing a quality conference while advertising your company name and services.

This is the place to reach decision makers in the field of educational technology! Most Indiana school technology directors and hundreds of other K-12 educators, administrators, and college level educators with buying power attend the three-day conference. Decision makers include school board members, superintendents, principals, technology coordinators, media specialists and teachers.

Unique Marketing Opportunity

For name recognition, the ICE Conference allows you to target your message to decision-makers. The Sponsorship Brochure (2 pages) outlines sponsorship opportunities to help achieve greater visibility for your company or product.  Please contact Leslie Proksa for a copy of the brochure.

Don’t Miss this Event!
Promote your company to buyers of educational technology products.
Please be aware that the sponsorships do not necessarily have to be monetary, but can be in the form of equipment and support personnel equivalent to those monetary levels.
